SMAAT. is a server and application monitoring tool designed for and by IT operations personnel. It is designed to be unobtrusive, robust, and easy to use. Some of its features are historical data collection and graphing, automatic, and custom alerts. Since it's code is JAVA based, it is truly cross-platform and does not require installation and can be run by simply unpacking the archive. It can monitor URLs, Ports, Linux servers, and Oracle/WebLogic core health, OS health, CPU utilization down to the thread level on Linux, JVM, EJB, JMS, etc.
